What does the deposit pay for?
It starts procurement research and service preparation: supplier discovery, market price comparison, specification organization, initial screening, and a research report.
Does payment guarantee that I can buy the product?
No. A deposit pays for research work and does not guarantee supplier acceptance, product availability, a final price, or a successful purchase.
What will you deliver?
We will confirm the research scope, organize the product requirements, compare relevant suppliers and market prices, and deliver a written procurement research report.
When is the final purchase contract agreed?
Any purchase, production, shipping, warranty, and delivery terms are confirmed separately between you and the selected supplier.
Can I check my order status?
After signing in, use the order center to view your research plan, payment status, payment date, and the iDataRiver order reference.
How are my requirements protected?
Detailed procurement information stays in our database and is not sent to iDataRiver. The payment provider receives only the minimum contact and order fields needed to create a payment.
